I'm looking for the kink meme fic called "My Heart is a Contract (But I Didn’t Sign)" by Sparare

I think the oribginal prompt was: "Mob boss Erik is ushered into the private room of his club where everything is waiting for him. In the chair is the twinkie he purchased yesterday, the one who tried to run, with his ankles tied to the chair arms and his wrists tied up and over his head so he's stretched and vulnerable, his exposed hole visibly plugged and red lips around a bit gag, and pumped full of drugs that make his cock flush against his stomach.

On the table, for Charles to see, are the toys awaiting Erik's perusal. A bucket of ice, a bamboo switch, clamps, weights, a long feather. Tools to impress on Charles, to make sure he knows who he belongs to."

Yeah, that's where I found it, too.

In the notes she/he alluded to it being in the kink meme, so I'm trying to find a version of it that's farther along.
