I'm glad it helped - I want you to be able to enjoy reading it, even if you still find some bits hard. And there's nothing wrong with you for being triggered. God knows we all have things which upset us. For instance, there is no way I'm going to see George Clooney in The Descendants, even though I have this sort of morbid fascination with going to see it, because my Mum died suddenly and left my Dad with two teenage daughters, and I can already tell that's going to be like shooting me after stuffing me in a barrel.
