Maybe this isn't the place for this, but I must say that's a hell of a way to dismiss launching a war which would have killed thousands of people at minimum and disenfranchised all of them. He also doesn't just step in to south america to save mutants, he uses what the govt of one country does as an excuse to take over yet another continent.
