Erik has convinced Raven to embrace her blue form 24/7, which Charles is perfectly okay with. What he is not perfectly okay with is the fact that for some reason Erik has also convinced Raven to walk around butt-naked in her blue form 24/7 - now that is just inappropriate for a young lady.
When words fail to convince Erik of the necessity of clothing in public spaces, Charles protests by walking around naked to. Cue an extremely uncomfortable Erik, who doesn't want to lose this argument to Charles but also doesn't want to deal with a raging hard-on 24/7. (Whether they are already in a relationship or not is up to you.)
I know there's already a hilarious fic out there where Raven inadvertently turns the Brotherhood into nudist colony - if that's the direction you want to go with this fic, I am more than okay with it!
You can throw in Emma, Azazel and co. if you want, the more the merrier! Hell, throw in Logan too!
