If you have a specific pairing in mind, you could format like this:

[GEN] or Charles/Erik

If it's more of an ensemble thing where several pairings are possible and you don't care if there's romance in the fill or not, you could just say [GEN] and add a note about being open to pairings in the prompt itself. You could also use this:

[GEN] or Any/Any
