I'd like to read something where an adult Erik and Charles are being forcibly pulled away from one another, and in his distress Erik's power is wreaking havoc on the metal in the vicinity. If you can work it somehow so that it's set in the First Class universe and it's the CIA or some similar group separating them. I love angst and h/c, but prefer a happy outcome (and no beach divorce!) Bonus points for an outsider pov of what's happening - preferably a non-mutant.
